This policy explains what we collect when you listen to Mahakatha Radio or offer a prayer, and what we do with it. [Legal entity name] ("we") runs Mahakatha Radio at mahakatharadio.com.

When you only listen

You don't need an account. We set one small cookie so the audio plays in your browser, and we count visits in aggregate. We don't sell or share listening data.

When you offer a prayer or support the station

We collect what you give us: your name, email address, and optionally your WhatsApp number, birthday and city; the name of the person the prayer is for; and the words of your prayer. We use them to write and read your prayer on air, to tell you when it airs, to send you your receipt and occasional updates, and to send you a blessing on your birthday if you gave it.

If you choose to show your prayer on the prayer wall, a short line with first names and your city is shown publicly. Otherwise nothing about your prayer is public beyond being read on air.

Who else handles your data

Payments are handled by Razorpay (India) and Stripe (elsewhere); we never see your card details. Email is sent through AutoSend. Prayers are written and checked with AI services and voiced with text-to-speech services. The site runs on Cloudflare.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time with the link in each email. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, write to hello@mahakatharadio.com.
